What does the Halo treatment feel like?

Most patients experience very little discomfort during a Halo laser treatment in Indianapolis. We use a topical anesthetic and a simultaneous cooling technology to help combat any potential unpleasant sensations from the Halo laser.

Most patients describe their experience during the Halo laser treatment as a feeling of heat with occasional prickling sensations, like a deep sunburn.

After the treatment is complete, the treated area will feel warm for about an hour, with temporary redness and possible swelling that will dissipate after about one to three hours. Some patients may experience redness and swelling for several days after the Halo treatment.
